Emmaxity Estate Ltd is a Rwanda-based property, hospitality and development company. Our current operating base is Rwanda, with selected hospitality development and consultancy activity in Tanzania and business development interest in other markets.

Where we operate

Emiliana Muchu is a real estate and property management professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning residential development, property sales, estate operations, land and valuation, business leadership and stakeholder management.
A significant part of her residential real estate experience was developed through See Far Housing in Kigali. She joined during the final stages of the residential development and was closely involved as the project moved from construction completion into sales, handover, occupation and ongoing property management.
During her time at See Far Housing, she led the sales process for 64 residential apartments across two phases, covering market engagement, lead generation, buyer coordination and completion of sales. Following handover, she established and implemented the property management function, including owner management arrangements, tenant screening, lease administration, rent collection and operational procedures for the residential development.
Her responsibilities later expanded into estate and homeowners’ association management, including communal services, maintenance, security, operating budgets, owner communication and governance. This experience gives her practical understanding of the residential property cycle from development and sales through handover, occupation and long-term management.
Before focusing fully on real estate, Emiliana spent several years in programme coordination and civic-engagement roles in Tanzania and the wider East African environment. This experience involved stakeholder engagement, project coordination, budgeting, communication and working with communities and diverse groups. These skills remain relevant to her approach to property and people management, particularly when coordinating owners, residents, tenants, contractors, staff, developers and community stakeholders.
Her professional property experience spans Tanzania and Rwanda, giving her practical exposure to different East African property environments, customer expectations and operating practices. At Emmaxity, she leads business development, client relationships, property management, residential development activities, sales strategy, owner relations and the development of operational systems for new projects.

At Emmaxity, Jaime serves as Hospitality Operations Advisor and supports the company’s representation in Mozambique and Angola. His role includes developing local relationships, identifying hospitality opportunities, supporting market engagement and providing operational input as Emmaxity pursues selected hotel, resort, hospitality management and hospitality development opportunities in these markets.
Jaime also contributes to hospitality assignments through operational planning, pre-opening preparation, service standards, food and beverage concepts, procurement coordination, cost control, staff development and guest experience. His experience includes coordination with design, construction and procurement teams during hotel opening stages.
His presence in Mozambique and experience across Mozambique and Angola support Emmaxity’s ability to assess hospitality opportunities with local market understanding and to build relationships with property owners, developers, investors and hospitality stakeholders.
