Hospitality rooted in the farm.

Kiwangwa Farm Hospitality Development is an Emmaxity-owned hospitality development planned within a 20-acre farm in Kiwangwa, Bagamoyo District.

The project brings together private accommodation, landscaped gardens, farm-to-table dining, leisure spaces, agriculture and livestock within a low-density natural setting. The farm remains central to the concept, with fresh produce, fruit, vegetables, herbs, livestock and existing vegetation forming part of both the operating model and guest experience.

Architectural concept visualisations show the intended design direction. The development is not operational.

Private accommodation

Space, privacy and a connection to nature.

The architectural concept places guest villas within gardens and productive farm areas, supported by dining, lounge, swimming and outdoor spaces. The design focuses on privacy, natural materials, indoor-outdoor living and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

A slower pace within a productive landscape.

Kiwangwa is intended as a place for rest, nature, fresh food and farm-based wellbeing. Guest experiences are expected to include garden walks, seasonal harvesting, interaction with selected farm activities, outdoor dining and time within quiet green spaces.

Location & development context

Kiwangwa, within Bagamoyo District.

The project also benefits from its location within Bagamoyo District, an area shaped by agriculture, tourism, fishing, livestock and trade. Bagamoyo is also seeing renewed investment interest linked to planned port, logistics, industrial and infrastructure development. These emerging plans do not represent completed infrastructure or guaranteed commercial demand.

Architectural drawings and concept development have been completed. Emmaxity is now progressing development planning and welcomes discussions with selected strategic, development, financing, hospitality and agricultural partners interested in participating in the next stage of the project.
